Not satisfied? We’ll refund you — no questions asked — within 7 days of your first payment on any plan. We believe in our product and stand behind it.
TokHarvest subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed through Paddle and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We aim to make our refund process as straightforward as possible. If TokHarvest isn’t working for you, we want to make it right — quickly and without unnecessary friction.
If you are unsatisfied with TokHarvest for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment if you request it within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
💡 Tip: If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, start with Starter. You can upgrade at any time and the 7-day guarantee covers your first payment.
Outside the 7-day guarantee window, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time when you cancel a subscription mid-period.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan’s features until that date.
Example: If you are on a monthly Pro plan and cancel on day 15, you keep Pro access until day 30. No charge on day 30. No refund for the remaining 15 days.
This approach avoids disputes and is consistent with how most SaaS products handle cancellations. If you are on an annual plan and cancel after the 7-day window, the same rule applies — access continues until the annual period ends, no partial refund.
When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan mid-billing-period, Paddle automatically calculates your unused credit and applies it toward your new plan cost.
Example: You are on Pro ($29/mo) and upgrade to Agency ($79/mo) on day 15 of a 30-day billing period. Your unused Pro credit (~$14.50) is automatically deducted from the Agency charge. You pay approximately $64.50 immediately, then $79/mo at your next renewal.
This credit is calculated and applied automatically by Paddle — you do not need to request it. The credit amount will be shown clearly in your upgrade receipt.
